I love The Rim Dental Care and Orthodontics. I have been several times for cleanings and impression for a mouth guard twice. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeting with two smiling faces who greet you by name. The dental hygienist is very gentle and the doctor is thorough. He does not try to up sale you on different lotions and potions he thinks your teeth need. (I have had this experience in CA where a cavity and cleaning was going to cost 1,200.) Another important note is that their office as always been on time. I have never waited more than fifteen minutes to be seen. Thank you :)

This place started out great with friendly, attentive staff. Although I have gotten weary of their communication disconnects. The quality of service has significantly decreased. The new male orthodontist who took over for Dr. Vo is very rough & it seems as if they book appointments too close together because he seems extremely rushed most of the time. There are 8 specific instances that created a lot of frustration. 1. Scheduled an ortho appt & had an appt card, but appt did not get put on the calendar 2. Rescheduled me for a Saturday, but I left after 30 minutes of not being seen & 10 patients still waiting ahead of me. 3. Showed up for a scheduled cleaning but was told there was an issue with my insurance that they would have resolved in a couple weeks and would call to let me know 4. Called 2 days before rescheduled cleaning bc never heard anything & was told they cant take my insurance for cleanings this year. 5. Changed my orthodontist on me without letting me know 6. New orthodontist told me that my old dr had a bad plan that wouldnt work for my teeth so I would have to make a decision on what to do differently 7. Scheduled an extraction consultation for me (proof pictured) but then I show up and the expected me to have the surgery that morning. 8. Charged me a copay for the consultation

The entire team is so friendly, helpful and professional. Also the office is taking really good COVID precautions. This was my first attempt to find a dentist in town and I found a winner. My whole family will be going to them now too. You definitely want to check them out if you are looking for a dentist.
