No staff, no one there to check-in, rude contact by chat, waiting for almost 2 weeks for my refund. DON'T BOOK THERE, IT'S A BIG SCAM.

Bit older place, but cozy and clean. Swiming pool is clean and 27c. Stuff are so kind and professional special Max on reception, Milly waitress and Juan Hose-old gold. You feel like at home. Food is ok. Silent during the night and comfy beds. Great value for the money.

Zero standard of quality. Dirty apartments (hair, footsteps on the floor, bed smell in the bathroom). Disgusting bed sheets, pillows, covers (probably never washed before) with the stains of humanly processed food and lots of hair. WiFi is not stable (connection never lasts longer than 10 minutes before interruption). The majority of staff don't speak any language but Spanish. Those working on the reception are zero motivated and could not care less. This is the place to avoid by all means.

Great quiet complex. Clean with 24 hr reception. Nice restaurant too. Its a bit isolated if u want to go shops / beach /pubs/ restaurants you have to take bus or taxi. Transport is not expensive but be prepared you cant walk to a beach and swim..although sand dunes are close by. However for a quiet break I would recommend this small complex.

Well yes it's clean But.... The shower tap top falls off. 2... No sink plug. We have asked but as they have 10 resorts nothing is possible during our holiday. And the safe is not working properly but seems some staff don't care, we have reported it the have looked 3 times its still putting out bleep sounds, may as well talk to your self. VERY POOR SERVICE

Hotel very far from beach, despite advertised as 'front beach'. Hotel staff denied it's responsibilities re advertising, hotel manager took 3 days to talk to us. Ground floor apartment scorching hot, with no A/C or fan, despite advertised as A/C equipped. Hand rail in bathroom broken and Wi-Fi almost absent in the room. Definitely

Interior is dull but clean, in kitchen there’s no oven just one small induction cooktop so big meals are not possible to prepare. Fridge was cold and working. Warm water is thanks to small boiler very limited. Staff was friendly and quick to respond. Owerall not bad but not great also !
