Had a really nice experience here. Room was basic but large with separate bedroom with comfy bed, large bathroom, little kitchen area and large, sunny balcony. Most if all it was clean!!! WiFi was working perfectly all over the hotel and by the pool. Pool was large, with plenty of sunbeds, there is hot tube, sauna, steam room, gym, wellness area. Breakfast had very good selection, all staff was very friendly and helpful (event if their English wasn't the best they still tried to help) as well as professional. It is well located, close to all the entertainment and night life that Maspalomas can offer. There was a little entertainment almost every afternoon by the pool. Really enjoyed the stay and would recommend and would come back!

Very nice restaurant within the Axel Hotel in Maspalomas. Staff is friendly and the portions were quite good. Pool and the atmosphere is chilled abs very enjoyable. Highly recommended

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, great facilities. The price of the drinks by the pool are very reasonable during happy hour, although instead of it being have price it is two for one - which results in you drinking twice as fast. The only things I would have improved was that I missed having a bath. The shower was good though and it was a minor point. The breakfast was very average, but it lined the stomach.

It was my first time in AxelBeach. The guys there make you feel very good. So a special thanks to Raico, Javier and Luis. You guys made us feel special. The rooms like apartments and have the basic stuff you need. Every day they clean the room. You can do some fitness (I only watched at the area) and enough sunbeds for everyone. One thing of recommendation would be the music. After a hangover you will need to be okay around 14:00 since the volume and music will rise.

The staff here are fantastic. So friendly. Always smiling. And very helpful. Pool and sauna and hot tub brilliant. Excellent fitness centre. Breakfast very good poolside service excellent. Really enjoyed our week here and so close to the jumbo centre. Will definitely be back. Martin and Vladimir.

Service has been very helpful and attentive. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Internet access even worked when in a restaurant next door. Plenty of amenities and an all access gym.

In general, not worth the price. Somehow outdated infrastructure, small Sauna, breakfast lower level. Hotel needs a general upgrade and refurbishment. Being gay friendly is not enough anymore.
