Amazing beach. You can walk all the way to the sand dunes (about 20-30 min) and then to the Faro lighthouse (another 20-30 min) along the beach and coastline. You can rent the beach chairs and parasols for a decent price from the very friendly beach staff.

Perfect location. Beaches are clean. Water clean. Beach areas for all tastes!! Huts on beach selling drink and food but not at rip off prices. Brill bars and restaurants and shops along the front. Dunes and Tunes for off the beach drink and music. Molly Malones for evening drink. Torres Steak for meal.

Great beach. Busy but not over crowded. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Gay paradise one of the very few places where gay couples can truly relax and act like hetero couples without ANYONE being bothered! Fabulous beaches, great restaurants and bars and marvellous inclusive hotels.

Wide and long sandy beach , it can become quite windy, great for run or stroll in the morning

The location is pretty good but could be much better with investment. There are about four main areas but each are pretty run down, there is a huge selection of restaurants but they are not too cheap, were a family of 3 (daughter is 5) and just for the evening meal have no change from 60eur, lunch is about 30-40, and drinks are more expensive than the UK at a minimum budget 150eu a day. However the beaches are great and there is lots to do.

I am giving it five stars just for the beach. It was the best entrance to the water I experienced both on GC and Tenerife. The waves are amazing! I could stay in the water for hours and be carried away by the waves. Everything else like mass tourism complexes, trashy restaurants and coffee places is very bad. The security is poor as there are many reported cases of pickpocketing and attacks. But that's another story, enjoy the beach and the waves, but don't stay at Playa del Ingles.

Tourist area crowded. Beach with very fine white sand and moderate wave, very good for fun.
