We hired a car for two days and everything went great. The lady that attended us was really sweet and kind. She solved all of our questions and explained to us that there was a marathon next to our Hotel so she gave us all the details to move around. We have hired a car in the past (with another company) and the experience hasn't been really good. The staff didn't speak good English and the communication was impossible. Here was completely different as the lady spoke to us in different languages (my wife speaks Dutch) and she explained to us the contract really nicely. The car was in good conditions and because of the marathon, we had to pick it up in a place five minutes walking from the hotel so it was easier to move around. We will repeat for sure!

We wanted to rent a car for one day. The Price was 30 included Insurance. We asked many times if there would come extra costs on Top, but the woman said no extra costs only 30. On the next day when we should Pay an get the Car, we should Pay 40 plus 200 for Insurance. Never again they cheat you!!!
Based in our hotel, we used these for convenience but wished we hadn't. Wanted the car Wednesday and Thursday so tried to book it Tuesday, they gave us the keys that day as they covered 3 hotels in the area and wouldn't be there to give us the keys the following day and agreed a special 3 day rate, we thought still starting on the Wednesday.What we then found out was it was for the Tuesday, the day we didn't want the car so was charged an additional day when we returned the car Friday. All very expensive and rude staff, next time we won't go with convenience!! Our mistake! Car was ok, very bashed up but didn't breakdown! Unfortunately 8 on the contract meant 08:00 not 8pm!!
Hired a car from this company as it was situated in our hotel. Enquired about costs and within an hour our car was sorted and waiting outside our hotel for us. Excellent service.
Heel goede autoverhuur, super nieuwe voertuig alleen zwakjes in de bergen (1.0L benzine) enige minpunt de gps! Die is dringend aan update (de gps meld zelfs dat die al 35maanden geleden niet meer geüpdate is geweest) tot 7x verkeerd gestuurd door dat wegen nimeer bestond of gewijzigd waren. De ergste was van Ageate tot las palmas daar is er een autostrade van 20km dat de gps niet eens kent.en je voortdurend de bergen binnen stuurt.
Fick information i mitt hotells reception att ’det var bara att komma ner och hyra bil på morgonen... Nej, vi var där i när de öppnade 09.00 och personalen var borta. Efter att ha ringt kontoret fick vi reda på att hen var och lämnade bil på ett annat hotell? Tydligen är det inte första gången gäster blivit lurade av Sepcars öppettider på det här hotellet. Förstår inte varför inte hotellet avbryter samarbetet med en bilfirma som inte tar hand deras gäster. Uselt. Som tur var hjälpte hotellet oss och det kom en annan firma och lämnade en bil till oss.
Prima verhuurder. Voor 6 dagen waren we 135 euro kwijt. Was wel een aanbiedingen we kregen een vrijwel nieuwe ford Fiesta met volledige allrisk... (alles inclusief) handig was dat dit ook nog eens in ons eigen princess hotel was.
Alquilamos por internet un coche con entrega y devolución en el hotel todo supuestamente ok, y sorpresa eso no fue así, nos recogen y nos llevan a la oficina a unos 20 km y nos informan después de firmar los papeles de rent Carlos que después lo tenemos que devolver en la oficina. SORPRESA, tuvimos que coger un taxi, gasto añadido.. Así que no os fieis. Otra cosa, cuidado con las multas, que además os cobran un suplemento de 40 por la gestión.
