Sunset Homes Gran Canaria, and more specifically, the wonderful Barbara Piñeiro, helped us secure our dream rental unit in Playa del Ingles. I initially contacted her to enquire about a specific listing, and within minutes she replied with more information and a few questions concerning our wish list. Time was of the essence in our case (as we had to leave our previous unit), and she was able to set up multiple appointments for us to see apartments that fit within our requirements, both in terms of space, as well as in terms of views and style of the decor. She was extremely professional and personable throughout the process, always knowledgeable, and she even helped us and guided us through the process of negotiating several accessory things. I would not hesitate to recommend her services to family and friends, and I will most certainly go back should the need to look into other living arrangements arise. Barbara, ¡muchas gracias! I can recommend SunsetHome if you are looking for apartments for rent in Gran Canaria, we sent an email with our best wishes for type and location etc and got answers immediately. we got pictures of some apartments and price options, and among them were what we were looking for. I recently used sunset homes Gran canaria estate agents to look for an apartment to rent in playa del ingles. The estate agents were very helpful, friendly, and professional, and held regular contact with me during my time finding a new home. I mostly delt with a man called Jose, who was very helpful and in my opinion very good at his job. I would reccomended sunset homes Gran canaria to anybody looking to rent and is unsure what estate agents to choose. Thanks, Jason

Vorsicht Betrug! Wir waren 4 Monate (2.11.2019-31.03.2020) in Playa Ingles. Haben 4 Monate Miete 1 Monat Vermittlungsprovision 2 Monats mieten Kaution (2700,-) hinterlegt. Wir warten bis heute (8 Monate), vergeblich auf die uns zugesprochene Rückzahlung dieser Kaution. Haben mittlerweile unseren Anwalt eingeschaltet. Wir werden gern mal wieder in Gran Canaria überwintern, aber bei der Buchung einen großen Bogen um dieses Immobilienbüro machen.
