Their approach is that of a small town pharmacy with those personal touches. Their efforts are focused on treating their customers as their neighbors. They provide every bit of service and resources as the corporate pharmacies but with a very personal approach. Something most corporate pharmacies just don’t do. Probably the worst pharmacy experience of my life. My husband had a surgery at the hospital near by. His surgeon had prescribed him a liquid medication that we couldn't find at literally any other pharmacy. We had been looking for over a week. While my husband was in surgery, I called this place and asked if they had it. They told me they just ran out but would get an order in the morning. So I walked almost a mile from the hospital to drop off the script. I gave them all of my husbands info and was advised approximately when the order would be in. I said thank you and began to walk back to the hospital. Half way there I get a call from the pharmacist saying he will not fill my husbands script because he lives out of the area. Even after I explained our situation and that the surgeons office is less than a mile away and that he was in surgery less than a mile away, he still refused. I am a healthcare professional and wouldn't dream of making one of my patients feel the way this pharmacist did. Just unacceptable.
