I took my car in to get a diagnostic, they were rude. They later called me with a quote of almost 3k. My husband then tried to talk to them about how the got to that number and what test the ran to get to that diagnostic. They were dismissive and could not give him a clear answer. We took my car to the Riverside Nissan service department, they were able to tell me what they thought was wrong, explained how they got to that conclusion and quoted less than than 1/5 of what was quoted at this dealer. I cannot help but feel like they tried to scam us, I disappointed that now i will have to drive to Riverside to get trustworthy/ reliable service.
