I went in to get my retainer repaired and there service was excellent, they were very fast plus they gave me a thorough check up and teeth cleaning. The entire staff are very nice and welcoming.

So, I decided to change my dentist of many years to Sierra Gateway Dental all due to an emergency visit on December 2020 because my regular dentist was closed. Well today was my second visit, went in for an exam and cleaning. All was going well, UNTIL....the receptionist that was about to set up my appointment was very unprofessional. She seemed shocked in the amount of dental work I needed. She looked at me with a surprised look on her face and actually asked me... ' omg, what happend, you need so much work?' I had no idea we needed to give receptionists explanations about why we need a specific amount of fillings or crowns replaced. Just make the appointment! Period! I told her the dentist did tell me I needed a few fillings and my crowns replaced...she decides to go and say...' oh no! Not just a few, you need 1, 2, 3, 4 etc...' she went on and on in front of an open window while other patients are in waiting room, and so am I, listening to her discuss my chart. No discretion at all. So embarrassing that they discuss other patients dental needs in front of other patients. What happened to patients rights and privacy. I had already discussed my dental needs with the dentist. Receptionist should worry about processing timely paper work, authorizations and referrals. Instead of making new patients feel bad and embarrassed. I know where I need to call regarding this matter. Never discuss other patients charts in front of other patients!!!

The best doctor ever when his numbing you won’t even feel the needle I’ve been going there for about 15 years I really recommend everyone to go there!
