We Bought fire elephant grass umbrellas that were treated with fire retardant. And they are Awesome! Have not been loosing color or shape. My guests also love the natural feel they give to the Hotel. Company was very precise and accommodating!

This place is amazing! I had a tropical beach wedding and went here to purchase bamboo for the archway, isle and decorating our reception area....the staff was very helpful and the bamboo was beautiful. Everything turned out perfect and I couldn't have done it without them! I received so many compliments! Thank you so much Forever Bamboo!!

SUPER- fantastic customer service!! We ordered a rug online, & although it was not exactly as pictured, it was still beautiful & worked very nicely. We mentioned the problem to them & they resolved it quickly & fabulously!! DO NOT waste your money with this shyster. I ordered a Palapa kit in 2016. Put it together and it looked great. The thatch didn't last 6 months. Silly me, I blamed the fact that I didn't pay extra to seal it and hurricanes. When I was ready to replace the thatch I talked to Tiki Ted via email to confirm that I was replacing like with like thatch. Paid extra to have it sealed. Waited 2 months for stock to come in. Paid just under 600 (had it sealed this time) and was sent a defective, clearance item that was damaged upon receipt. Contacted Tiki Ted only to be told that it was the shipper or my own fault. He refused to make it right and actually accused me of trying to get something for free. All I wanted was what I paid for. Not more than 2 months later, the thatch that I paid to have sealed is disintegrating and falling apart. It looks horrible! He is a liar and a thief. Do not give him your money unless you plan to spend hundreds of dollars every 6 months to replace your items because Ted will not take ownership of his subpar product. Luckily, I can always count on Karma.

Love this place! If you are in to anything Tiki, this is where to go! Bought some materials here to build my own Tiki bar.....went back to get some hanging masks.... great deals!
