Had to get a refund from an early purchase. Waited in line for about 13-15 minutes. When I got to register he told me to go to the other register because he didn't know how to do a refund. Wow what a joke. The mgr. and the other clerk were just standing around , not doing anything.

I came here last Friday to pick up some pictures and as I was taking my kid out of the car I noticed a guy walking my way so I quickly hurried and headed for the door. The man ran up to me and began to say things that did not make sense. Was basically being weird but since I had my daughter it startled me. The store manager whom I believes name was Thai, he was super helpful. I explained what had happened and he walked us out to my car. Yes, walked us out to our car and honestly I am so thankful because I felt safe. So shoutout to the store manager for making sure his customers are safe!!

Don't order calendars from Walgreens very unprofessional: they don't check to see if the pictures are done correctly; i had 3 ordered and all were trash

Sad to say the Walgreens pharmacy on the North end was the best in years past. I tried to use this store after many years not using it but today again I received some very poor and unprofessional service from Pharmacist Anna D. She was argumentative, hostile and refused to return my bank card while holding it behind the pharmacist glass at drive thru. My friend has also experienced the treatment with similar visit. I wish she would’ve just said she couldn’t help but instead asked for my bank card and kept it until I waited for another employee to come and return it to me. I drive around the to front and she gives me a dirty look then jumps in her car with a big bag of stuff from pharmacy. I just don’t appreciate that kind of service. After 20 minutes waiting I left with a dissatisfied Experience and no medicine for my hubby. I do not recommend this pharmacy. I am reminded why we no longer use this pharmacy.

I usually park my car and walk into the pharmacy but today I decided to go thru the drive thru when I noticed the drawer where you get your prescriptions looks like mold and filth!!! DEAR WALGREENS MANAGER, THERE'S A VIRUS GOING AROUND PLEASE CLEAN AND DISINFECT YOUR DRIVE THRU AREA! IT LOOKS LIKE A COLLECTIVE PETRI DISH
