First time trying a pizza of this place. Sloppily put together, salty and lacks flavor. Barely any tomatoe sauce. Skimpy on the fillings. So disappointed.

Haven't been to BJs in a minute since Covid 19 Started. They offer indoor dining which was great and for all you XXX large people the booths are great because the table moves so you definitely will be able to sit comfortably. Our server was Oxsana who was friendly and took awhile to check up on us every now and then. When first greeted at our table she offered drinks and brought it to us.. however I didn't really know how to use the scan thing on the table to order our food and waited for a menu which we didn't get until I asked. I was craving for their Spaghetti and meatballs which I haven't found any other place I've ate at that is better and once again they didn't disappoint except for their bread that came with it which was doughy and bland (it wasn't like that before). We was there at their lunch time (ends by 3pm) which had a good price but when I ordered she said, "Do you want the lunch entree or THE ENTREE which is bigger?" Suggestion... some people's lunch is dinner okay so help a sista out! Which I am saying.. I want the lunch price but the Big Entree lol Service was ok. As for Bjs food I am not going to say wasn't good because they have great Appetizers, Entrees and desserts. I would suggest that the salads can be way more lettuce in it, if you worried about the extras no need just add more of the lettuce (spring, arugala, spinach, or however you make each salad options) in there. If you like Prime Rib, I will say not to make it well done unless you like dry meat or is a beef jerky lover. Last, they have outdoor dining, take out and delivery but within only their area. I think next time I'll just order take out.
Great place to go and have few drinks beer, or cooktails, and watch the latest sports , and if u decided to get you a meal ,well I always order me a nice medium rare ribeye steak with mash potatoes love it, flavor is delicious fulfilling but there's plenty other meals u can try it but that is what I always order!!..
Food was great ! It was busy being a rainy day . Esam did a fantastic job accommodating us for my moms birthday loved the smile and how awesome everything was. I would definitely return.
Food was great and the service was good. I think our server was a bit overwhelmed but the other staff seemed to have his back and were very supportive which was nice to see! I will probably will go again in the near future.

I ordered two prime ribs from BJ’s through door dash. The delivery came in quickly and the driver was very professional. However the quality of the food was terrible! The loaded baked potatoes were more steamed than baked and so hard we could barely pierce it with our fork and they left out the sour cream. The mashed potatoes tasted like boxed instant potatoes, the salad was completely wrong, with some mystery dressing we didn’t order and don’t get me started on the chili! Barf!! But what really upset me over everything is when I called and spoke with the manager about the issues he told me that since we ordered through Door-dash we had to take our complaints up with them. I asked him why? They didn’t make the food! He said it’s there policy. So in other words BJ’s doesn’t have to take accountability for their mistakes and incompetence. I felt terrible having to complain to this sweet woman from door dash about something that wasn’t even their fault. Anyways I would not recommend ordering or eating anything from BJ’s Restaurant!
