Indoor dining 4/8/2021. For some weird reason, I had an urge for some baby back ribs. I had the three item smokehouse combo 21 and a long island ice tea 7.50. It has been a while since I came to this location for indoor dining. The service remains excellent. I remember doing take out a few times during the pandemic. They sometimes mess up my order with missing items and that's why I stopped coming here. I never had an issue with dining in. The food remains the same. It can be hit and miss. They used to have a really good country fried steak but some genius decided to take that off the menu. My BBQ ribs tonight was falling off the bone good. The other items were meh. The long island ice tea was weak and it hardly had any alcohol in it so I didn't order another one. Regardless, I was satisfied with my meal tonight. It is Chili's, so I didn't expect much.

Our 1st visit was 4 stars but today I'll give it a 2 stars. I ordered burgers and fries for the kids and the fries were only about 12 count in each meal. Our molten cake the first visit was better than today because our waiter brought it out and the ice cream was already melting and again, the size of the ice cream on the molten cake was 1 large tea spoon and it cost me approximately 8. Our waiter was too busy entertaining the kids instead of focusing on bringing out our food on time. I love going to Chillis but today was just a experience.
Amazing customer service, clean place and quantity and quality of entree was good. Their complementary chips and salsa is the best and you can never go wrong. Only reason I am giving them a 4 star is they didn't have the some of the beer mentioned on the menu that was a bummer as I forced myself into drinking angry orchard or something :(
They told us 5-10 minute wait and that they’d text us when it was ready even though the restaurant was basically empty. We waited 20 minutes and watched multiple groups go in ahead of us and get seated. So we walked up and asked and I could tell that they had forgotten about us so they seated us right away. Service was fast, but food was mediocre as always.
The foods are great and reasonable prices. The General Manager and staffs are friendly, have sense of humor and really nice. They work hard and still have time talk to you great thing's.
I ordered the 3 for 10 deal online for curbside with margarita chicken, rice, beans, and cheese fries. I requested extra ranch and pico but got the regular amount of both. I don’t think I was charged extra though so I can’t be too mad! The ranch was actually only like 1/3 full. I think the fries could be put it a better container to make transporting then eating them easier. Luckily the chicken and fries were enough for me because the side salad was very very small (not this particular locations fault but worth noting) It all tasted good and I’m pretty sure it was still hot when I got it, but cold once I was able to eat it. The curbside process was very simple which I appreciated.
Very good food. Everything our group of five ordered was good. Attentive staff. Don't let the location deter you from eating here and eating here often. For a group of 5 to PIG OUT and each have a coupla beers it was only 40/head. Order the 22oz giant Kingfisher lagers and share them. I will return for sure.
We ordered dinner online for curbside pick up on 3/13, an easy process. My husband picked up the food and delivered it to our family at a hotel within walking distance. Two of the orders were wrong and I quickly picked up the phone to see if they could deliver the right order. I called once and was hung up on. The next time I called, I was on hold for over 28 minutes. By then, I decided to stay on the phone and see if they answered before I arrived (1/4 mile walk). I arrived at 34 minutes and waited for the manager to meet me outside. His name was Cole. He shared that they were so overwhelmed that night that he had to make a call and deliver to customers inside the establishment, so I could have been on the phone all night to no avail. He said that they were out of the 2 items that they screwed up on and staff had decided on their own what they were going to replace them with --eventhough my phone number was recorded on the online order and they could've called. He said that the website is controlled by corporate and it will not tell you when they run out of items. He offered to reverse my bill of over 52 AND, for my being so nice about the situation, "to reward me with Chili's money," some sort of certificate I was promised would come by email that I could use to order food on the house. Nearly 3 weeks later, we have received no refund, no email, and when I called again on 3/30, Jayden stated "our managers are swamped and can't take your call but I'll take your number and have one call you back." I will not hold my breath.
