I have been working with the lady who owns this shop for the last 12 years. She is incredible, she has fairy hands. I'm a very high maintenance person, who expects nothing but the very best in workmanship. She has made gowns, dresses, pants, jackets for me that are still holding after so many years of wear. I like natural fibers like linen, cotton and off course silk, which is very hard to sew but she does such a beautiful job that it's impossible to find fault and if something is not up to par, all you have to do is to tell her and she'll make it better with a smile on her face. She is as comfortable repairing a 10 dollar jeans as she is comfortable sewing a 5,000 gown. She treats both pieces with the same dedication and respect. I simply love her. Highly recommended!!! Got my black suit (from Zara) altered here, fixed the length of the sleeves to my size and hemmed my pants. Mr Kim did a perfect job! Exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this place for your suit/gown alteration because Mr Kim really knows what he is doing, he is very updated on the fashion and styles right now and he charges very reasonably. Will be back here again for sure and maybe let him tailor me a custom fit suit. Thanks again Mr Kim and always stay happy and humble. - Clarence
Ms. Socorro is very a kind person. I found her online and met her the same day for help in sewing a prom dress for my daughter with the timeframe we had. We showed her a picture of it and she knew exactly what to do. I gave her my input and she added her own and it was great. Her business is very small and not sure if she is noticed by the public. Her price is very reasonable and hope she gets more business and reviews. She has materials available if you like what she has or you can purchase your own material and bring it in. If you need a seemstress, contact Ms. Socorro and she will gladly help you.
