They clearly don't care about online orders. It would be faster to just go pick up your item. The time saving measure of online ordering is only going to cost you time at this location. You cost us pros money when you say it's ready but it's not! Just go get it yourself.

Ordered 2 picnic tables online on a Sunday morning. Received a message saying to wait until I received a second email saying it was ready to pickup. I tried calling during the week several times. No one was answering. Hold times for customer service was 60min or longer. Friday rolls around and I call. After 45 min on hold someone answered. They said my order would be ready on Monday. I asked why it's taking so long, the tables were in stock. I forced the issue and was told i could come pick them up that day. I arrived at 3:15, waited in line for a bit. When i was helped it was 3:45. At 5:15 they came with one table and said the other was the display. I finally was loaded up and ready to go at 5:30. That's when I noticed the condition of the table. It was warped and not new. I get that they were overwhelmed but management needs to get a handle on everything. I would not go back. Waste of time and money!!

Really not a fan of the customer service...no one ever freely wants to offer help...I went round and round trying to find brackets until I found them but then no help in check out...only awesome thing is I find what I need ultimately but it takes a lot of time to do it and I'm usually worried until I get home. Much better than home depot though....

Poor customer service. Also, they closed a checkout lane without letting the customers already in line to finish the checkout nor letting customers know before they were in line. Seems like customers weren’t valued by this Lowe’s. Update: came back again two days later and the staff still have that freaking attitude like I owe her millions of dollars. Never come here if you expect a “customer service”. Avoid this Lowe’s. Went to Home Depot the same day. Asked for help and they were super friendly. Will never come here again even though it’s closer.
