So the lady that helped us was very helpful. She gave us a lot of info and recommendations as were in a journey to get our very first puppy. Unfortunately, I didn’t got her name. She was stocking the dog section at that time of the visit if that helps.

Easy to order. Better price and super friendly staff. There was line at the regular cash register. But in a minute a very nice clerk was called to ONLINE PICK UP and gave us our order. We appreciated the efficiency.
Because the store is smaller than others they usually have a queue outside but I've never waited more than 10 minutes. They usually have the items I need at this location and many times I'm able to snag them while on sale. Very courteous and friendly staff, especially front door when they have the awkward responsibility ok keeping people outside in what looks seemingly to be a dead store. I'm glad about this because they're concerned about your safety. They still offer grooming and vet services at this location as well.
The place is nice you find all your pets needs. The last cashier that help me was nice, attentive, great customer service.
Very nice pet store, with pet essential and even harder to find supplies. Purchased the aquarium and all plants for our betta tank here and it’s looking great. Staff very helpful too.
Very kind staff. Often lots of stuff for stocking out when I go so makes COVID measures for spacing a tad hard but must just be my timing for when I go. Used to work at Petco, this team seems real nice :)
Adriana, did a great job with Rocky, my 4 year old Chihuahua/Yorkie. My dog only understands Spanish, and gets really stressed if he doesn't hear familiar sounds. Adriana, speaks great Spanish, and she gave Rocky a great haircut, she listens to all our suggestions and she noted on his record from last time. Rocky, was a happy camper thanks to Adriana!
