Excellent customer service from beginning to end The manager even called me before our RSVP to confirm and let me know a few things in advance. She was friendly and efficient. Upon arriving they told me my table was ready and awaiting for our party. It was clean and the service was impeccable. And the food was amazing. I believe that the food is actually better and was the best that I have ever had at this Red Lobster. The food was first it was hot it was good and it was an amazing large proportion even left with half of my food. This was our first time eating in a restaurant in over a year since covid-19 hit it was a great experience. And the social distance and privacy that you have at your own table was great. Red Lobster is doing an excellent job and every other large restaurant should follow their lead. Thank you see you again in the near future.

Indoor dining tonight 3/10/2021. There was an half hour wait at 5:30pm. The dining room was a chilly 48 because they left both front doors open. They do not have an outdoor dining area as far as I could tell. Maybe they should put some heat lamps indoors because it was so cold inside. I had to go back to my car to get a jacket. The service however was excellent and the food from the kitchen came out a little slow. It took over 30 mins from when I ordered to when I received my food. The food was as expected for the pasta, scallops, steak and lobster. I really weren't expecting much since this is a chain restaurant. It was kind of weird to get all those little plastic containers for the cheese, onions, bacon bits for the baked potato. My coleslaw was served in a paper container. That can't be good for the environment when they are doing that for indoor dining. The only disappointing part of my meal was the snow crab. It tasted like it came straight from the freezer. I guess no taste is better than a sour or fishy taste for crab. My total was 57 with tax and tip.
The steak and lobster was small but flavorful. The lobster bisque was saltier than it should've been. Overall the service and food was good.
The 4 star review was because of COVID-19 restrictions in place in the Bay Area, which left the operating at 25% capacity. It was 30 minute wait to get a table. Other that that, I really enjoy coming to this restaurant.
Horrible service I feel like they need some training. The young lady in the front end was very rude . Hopefully they don’t make anyone else wait at a table for over 20 minutes with out even asking if the table water drinks or even just put out water never got offered any biscuits. Complete didn’t give us any service but yet every other table was being served. We simply seen they where no longer even caring as they passed by our table and just keep helping other so we all got up from our table and left. As we exited the establishment the same young lady at the front sarcastically says (thank you for coming) as if it was okay.
When you are open for dine-in they have some of the best customer service than most places. I have been coming here for 10 years for that reason. Now that they have to comply with regulations connected to COVID 19 they are still providing great service. The manager, Andrew is one of the nicest person's I've had the pleasure of meeting. He always has a smile on his face. Even when it was completely open and extremely busy, he always makes customers feel like they are his main focus. I will definitely be back when things go back to "normal."
Finally Red Lobster has a good waitress! Lilly is the best server I have had since the beginning of covid. A real treat to have someone who cares about great service! Best Ever!!!
Don't let the line intimidate you.. it moves at a decent pace! I came here on a Saturday night and ended up waiting about 20 minutes. If the lines starts outside, then you will be able to order beer once you're inside and still waiting in line. There are so many exotic meats here- a rattlesnake sausage? Not for me, but definitely unique. I ended up getting the pheasant sausage and a large fry. I'd say the cost runs about 15-20/person here depending if you get a beer.
