I am a military spouse and had the order I anticipated for a week get sent to the wrong address. It was not the fault of the company, but I was so disappointed because I had been looking forward to this package for 2 weeks (the kiosk was closed when we took our trip to San Diego, so we could not buy them in person). I contacted the company and even though it was my fault, they were very accommodating and gave me a 50% discount off, so I could reorder. They could have made me repay the full price, but they were very kind and understanding. Thank you so much and I really look forward to receiving my cases!

Nice case, but I dropped my phone once and the case didn't help at all. The phone dropped on the top corner and the case popped off there and the corner of my phone got dinged up, not horribly but I've dropped this phone a few times with a smaller/cheaper case and it protected way better. I went back to the smaller case that protects better. Samsung Note 4.
Would be 5star if you guys actually kept your products up to date with the latest models of iPad products. You would have more business. It's unfortunate I had to mail back my case bc I didn't fit on the 5th Gen iPad. I have a cherry wood case for my Samsung s9 and love the sleek thin feel to it.
