This was exactly what I needed. Tenants moved out, leaving my laminated floor damaged, and denied responsibility. Gerald inspected the floor and concluded that the damage was caused by pet urine (the tenants had two cats). He used microscope and other technologies to analyze the residue on the floor. He also used black light to examine the entire place and found that urine was scattered around the entire place, even on some baseboard. So sanitizing the whole unit was recommended before the next tenant moved in. Gerald is thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him if you need a floor inspection.

Gerald came out to my home to review an oak floor. He was professional, on time, and knew exactly what he was doing. His report, which is all science based with numbers and measurements, enabled me to get the bond money from the contractors insurance company. The contractor used inappropriate materials and I had a water intrusion issue. The measurements in the report documented the problem. I would recommend hiring him for any flooring installation problem in which an independent professional report is warranted. It was money well spent.
