One and only experience included employees somehow getting our order wrong despite us being right there. We asked for and paid for bacon but received none. To boot, paying for and being prompted to tip on food that has yet to be prepared is obviously not a good model. Shared experience via website feedback and heard absolutely nothing. Two other friends had same experience with feedback. Jersey Mike's message - We don't care, we just pretend to care by putting a feedback form on our website that we don't read nor reply to. Tip: Boar's Head deli at Ralph's blows this place away in food quality, service, and price.

By far the Best authentic Italian Sub. My go to is the #13 Mike's Way. Google maps is off. Shopping center across the street from Ralphs in the Juice Stop building.

Love #3 done Mike's way...need I say more!?! Actually goofed and went at noon, it was crowded but the guys were working double time to get orders out and the wait was way less than expected!! Way to go guys!!!

They have great sandwiches! The bread is always fresh and all the ingredients on it! There super friendly there. There super clean and safe!! There to expensive in my opinion, but it's worth it every once in awhile for a good sandwich. I'd go more if it didn't cost so much!
I went there on the morning of 9/19/20. The lead worker on duty had his mask below his mouth. He said, "can I help you?" I said, "can you put your mask on?" He made this excuse "after I wash my hands." So I tell him what I want and he TAKES OFF HIS MASK AGAIN. I just walked out in disgust. By reading the other reviews, some people are afraid of food poisoning. I'll take that any day over COVID-19!!
