The staff that work in the office Heather and Candy never work. They just send people away and are very rude to everyone. I think the management company should send their own investigators there to see what we as applicants and tenants have to deal with. They are always gone, never answer the phone and don't what to be bothered. They are obviously relatives since they cover for each other non working hours and making appointment and not showing up. The phone calls are always not answered. Very Unfair housing.

mendocino in Talega San clemente front desk girl and her manager, are very insensitive. all they think about is their lunch time and vacation times. I am not sure if their employer knows how much time they spend out of office stating the are on vacation. they play this game when one is out of office the other one claims she doesn't have the file to not answer any questions and avoid working. this is not how an office should be managed. these ladies are too lazy to do anything.
