I was really impressed with the service from Rick’s Trailer Supply. James went the extra mile to send me pictures of what I was shopping for. He has some trailer products in stock at store. His prices were lower in comparison with my online search and his turn around time for ordered parts is quicker than Amazon. Good place to have around!

Do not Trust they will tell you anything to get money out of your pocket Especially if you are Elderly they tried to sell my 80 year old mother a Generator said it was the Rotor and come to find out it’s the Magneto 150 dollar part vs a over 4000 dollar Generator for her RV .the Generator for that model price is 2915 new model , only model that will fit in this small RV . Do Not trust these people if they have a chance they will take your money for nothing Beware !

Took my motorhome here for an electrical issue and problems with my Aqua-Hot system. These guys are very friendly, professional and efficient. They had me back on the road the following day. For the service they provide pricing makes for a good value. Would not hesitate to bring my coach back and would highly recommend them to others.

When you get a quote for a trailer hitch installed make sure you specify you want to tow a trailer. My quote did not include wiring for the trailer lights and they did not have parts in stock to complete the work. According to them I should have specified that I wanted a complete installation so I could tow a trailer when their installation was complete.
