Ordered a tow for a fleet vehicle . Got notification that the tow was complete. One of our other drivers road by and noticed it was still sitting at the pickup location later this morning so I called the tow truck company and they said it was cancelled. He was very rude on the phone, I could barely hear him because of the equipment use behind him and all he kept saying was \it's cancelled\. I ended up using someone else since he obviously didn't care about helping or making a tow. Super rude and poor professionalism.

These people are CROOKS!! I have Statefarm and my insurance covers tow however this tow company made me pay 130 to drop my car off ramp and wanted to charge me 1.50 a minute until I handed them the money. They couldn’t offer a receipt at all!! Do not recommend!! They even said they’re located in riverside which is a dam lie!! SK TOWING- DO NOT TRUST THESE LOSERS!!
