They are doing a ton of course upgrades...fairways, water features, landscaping, etc. I understand there are plans for new clubhouse and driving range too. It's a fun course at a great price. When all the upgrades are done it will be awesome. One stike against the course was the Marshall working last Saturday. Before we Tee'd off he drove by and said he would be on us. At the 17th fairway he came up to me and said I was causing a huge back up. We were following another foursome all afternoon and had to wait at every t-box to hit. I told him I couldn't play faster if I wanted to. He had an attitude and told me to keep up. We paid our fees to play and didn't complain that they had everyone scheduled right on top of each other. I don't appreciate a bad attitude from the Marshall when we are waiting at every hole. He needs to learn customer service if he expects us to support the course. We have plenty of other options in the area. If they can counsel the Marshall on how to deal with customers I may change my review.

This course is a little rough around the edges, but the fairways and greens are in fine shape. It’s actually a very difficult course requiring extreme accuracy on many tee shots. The par 3s are very challenging. The staff was great. Played 18 in just about 4 hours. Had a great time with three strangers. Very good value at 30 with a cart.
Course is under construction in some areas, rough in others and some is ok. Cheaper than most around and played pretty fast. Lots of potential post construction.
Terrible golf course. No upkeep at all, clubhouse is deteriorating, and the management is somehow even worse than the course’s condition. 30 for 18 holes when many of the holes are unplayable...they disguise 18 holes with the first hole being 1A and the second being 1B, both of which are a stretch to call par 3s. One par 5 on the entire course so your money is better spent elsewhere. The “golf warden” constantly harassed because he seemingly has nothing better to do despite the worrying shape of ‘his’ course. His attitude is quite laughable and is unlike any professional I’ve ever seen on a golf course. I saw him approach multiple groups and constantly play victim to reasonable responses from his bewildering behavior. Avoid this course at all cost because it definitely isn’t worth the 30 cost of playing here. Would recommend a more maintained and professional course like Costa De Sol or somewhere more inland. Don’t confuse a good location in Shore Cliffs for a good course.
Tight course....the greens are always amazing.
