It's hardly an outlet; I would describe it more as 'off-the-shelves-store' the prices all have a discount, but under the maximun price tag that product had, so in some cases you will end up paying more than what you would at the store. Still though, there's a certain welcoming atmosphere about the place that is enamoring to me for some reason.
