We bought a car at auction that came with an additional 50 cost for an hour guarantee... this guarantee was to cover the engine and transmission. Check engine light came on almost immediately. Took it back within the hour guarantee. They couldn’t fix it and wouldn’t give our money back. Dishonest business. We are a struggling family. That guarantee meant something to us. Turns out it was just a way to get another 50 out of us. Will have to take them to small claims court. We drained our savings to get this car our family needs. The worst part - they knew that. Not sure how they sleep at night.
