Our mission is to lessen th...e burden of the government and support the trade relations between the United States and Europe. GACC CA assists in business and private matters by utilizing its qualified employees as well as the knowledge base of its partners and affiliates. Among other things we provide support in incorporating businesses, conduct market research, and attain visas for our business clients and students, i.e. J-1 and B-1. In 2002, when the office of the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Western United States in Los Angeles closed its doors, many members, affiliates and employees felt that Southern California needs and deserves a German American Chamber of Commerce. The establishment of a new German chamber, our chamber, and the opening of an office in San Diego was a much needed fresh start. Besides our main office in San Diego we maintain an additional office in Leipzig, Germany.
