Highly recommended! I'm returning to California from abroad and have a 1 month gap in insurance before starting a new job. After spending many frustrating hours on the phone dealing with lots of insurance companies and not making any progress to get enrolled in a plan to cover my gap I called SPF on a tip from a family member.
