Tower Talent is not a talent agency. It is an acting studio that teaches acting class. Tower Talent profits by selling acting classes to students and legal guardians of minors. It cannot guarantee employment, nor work on anyone's behalf in the capacity of an employment agency. Agencies that represent clients for entertainment must by California law be a certified employment agency; anything else is not a true talent agency. That being said, Tower Talent may be able to refer students to talent agencies. If referred to an agency, agent, or manager, remember, that by law, they cannot charge you for their services. They work in a \head-hunter\ capacity and can only take a pre-arranged percentage of gross a client receives from employment. If seeking classes or a venue to potentially demonstrate a student 's performance, then Tower Talent may be able to provide those services. If looking for representation or employment within the entertainment community, then Tower Talent can help no more than by offering a referral. Anything else promised above the aforementioned or may appear \too good to be true\ should be relayed to the Better Business Bureau or to a state regulatory organization. Lastly, Tower Talent offers discounts to clients who are willing to write 5 star reviews on internet rating sites. If seeking products or services from Tower Talent, please be sure to ask for the 5 star review discount.

Our second family. Tower Talent has helped our son tremendously. He loves all of the staff there, especially his teachers!
If you're looking for a school this place may or may not be right for you. It is not a talent agency. It is pay to play. They call it an audition but it isn't. When confronted with questions 3 employees didn't know how to respond naturally and defaulted to the script they're taught. However not very believably making me wonder just how much help they could provide teaching acting skills. Since most people have no media experience they will be preyed upon by businesses like this. If you're looking for a casting agency this is not it. The owner will tell the truth on this forum but he has his or her staff lie on the phone and in the office.
I was skeptical of this school at first. I'm glad to see how much my daughter has grown and learned from the classes. The mistake some parents make is coming in with the mindset that this is some summer camp type place where you just drop the kid off and go about your day. No. Your child has to really show passion for acting singing or modeling. Not just show an interest but actually have the obvious signs of a gift. Also, with anything worth while you have to be willing to take a risk and invest money into your craft regardless of what you do. Amari has made some good friends. Not only that but at the competition Tower Talent got one hundred percent results for follow ups. That means call backs to some, but to see that in person tells me that these people know what they're doing. If that's not common sense then I don't know what is. Another note, regardless of if they ask for money up front or not, payment plans are definitely available. For everything we have done I have been.able to through payments. Just sayin
They were so nice and sweet with my daughter. it was her first time auditioning and Dione gave her honest, firm opinion and I respect that. She showed great constructive criticism and they really stay in touch with their people. It made my daughter want to go back and we hope to work with them in the future
