Very clean parking area, directly located next to swimming beach and many picnic tables/bbq stations.

Swim beach was cool. The lifeguards are friendly. Get there early because parking is a hassle.

I love this place, usually for walks around the park. I haven't used the swim beach, tbh the water seems to dirty for my liking. But I've seen plenty of others swimming there in summer. The play areas are wonderful for kids and there's tons of room to bike around as well. Just be aware for 9 months of the year it costs to get in the gate and that cost is year round on weekends.
