We bought our home 2 years ago and the tile grout was dark brown. We thought that was the color of the tile since we scrubbed it and it stayed the same colors. With our new baby coming we wanted our tile in the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned and disinfected. I called Complete Carpet and the guy who answered was pleasant and worked with our busy schedule. Within a few days they were at our home and did an amazing job. The dark grout we thought we had was actually white! The job took a couple hours for the entire job. We will be using them again for our professional cleanings. Great work!

I am pleased and a little surprised in how clean my carpet became and like the fact there is not a lingering fragrance. The only thing is I now have 2 windows where the blinds are up--- if I was asked to open the windows I would have as I knew the blinds would not close again.
