I did that thing where you order and pay online, park in a closer spot, and grab your items and leave. Unfortunately, it took longer than had I parked in a regular spot, grabbed the items myself and self checked out. Nobody's fault. The kid was amazingly dexterous and a multitasker but there's no avoiding the customers who feel an in depth story is their best way to return an item. As though the teenage clerk is personally vested in the product. All in all, still not a bad experience. Just a little longer than I expected.

Easy to find products, very clean and organized. Which tells me this store cares about its customers and the ability to find products much more easly then ur competitors.

Started purchasing building supplies during my home remodel 15 years ago - have continued as a customer purchasing all manner of goods including home appliances - good variety at reasonable prices.

Lots of employees and no service :( I went in to compare the french doors and the gentleman there was clueless. Lowe’s needs more customer service and product knowledge training. I went down the road to HomeDepot and you could feel the positive energy. You could hear employees servicing their clients and we walked out with our needs.
