I could tell that a lot of the staff here were trying and many people were very nice, but they dropped the ball on a few things, which was disappointing and a little frustrating. I know everyone is extra busy with the pandemic going on, so I tried to be as understanding as I could. It is a decent hospital, but just needs to fix a few things.

Came here after a very terrible experience at a previous ER and I'm so happy to say it was a night and day difference, it was so fast and the staff were very attentive and really friendly. If you are ever in need I would highly recommend coming here... We came out of our way but the overall result and the way we were treated is fantastic by any standards.

Went to the ER because my 8 month old had a febrile seizure. We walk in and the girl at the reception desk opens the window as if we’re bothering her. Panicked We told her our baby just had a seizure and she worked super slow no acknowledgement or care. She tells us to have a seat, like nothing. Really!? my son just had a seizure and “have a seat” we wait a couple minutes get called back. As I’m telling the intake person what happens she states “oh he was probably just falling asleep” ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Eyes rolling in back of head, out of it, drooling at the mouth, and “he was probably falling asleep”!?? Wow... so then we wait for the Dr. he comes in like he’s in a rush, very little interaction, checks my son then leaves. The intake girl comes back 30 minutes later to give the my baby some meds. First she had to double check the dosage then made the comment “good thing I checked” having this conversation in front of me with 2 other medical staff people. Then instead of the Dr telling me what was wrong with my baby the intake person again has to ask and turns out he had a throat infection too. Dr did not mention it to me. Then the Dr comes in quickly says yeah give him this that.. never once mentioning my baby’s diagnosis I HAD TO ASK and when I did he seems irritated. I will never go to this hospital/ER again. Very unprofessional and lack bedside manner.

I want to thank the nursing staff and care managers for all their hard work during these trying times. My dad was admitted due to Covid, it was really hard for him to be alone in the hospital but the nurses and managers kept him in good spirits. Being as busy as they were they always had time to make sure we were able to speak to him on FaceTime. They cared for him very well.

Nice hospital --My Mothers room was larger and she enjoyed the view from her bed. Care seemed fine.
