I've been coming here for years, spent a lot of money here always had great customer satisfaction in the PAST however, recently their customer service has been poor. The girl who works there has to call her boss on the phone before she can do anything & nothing ever gets resolved. Before u leave the premises make sure whatever u buy works cause they don't exchange or refund anything. Absolutely disappointing after so much money has been spent there. Found another shop the vape mode kits are way less expensive & the juices are cheaper. So long Vaporboss

Dont order anything from them o line they take tour money and never ship you your items To file a complaint, just go to ftc.gov/complaint, and answer the questions. Or call That's all there is to it. If you've been ripped off or scammed, complain to the Federal Trade Commission. It can help put the bad guys out of business.

ATTN: DO NOT ORDER FROM This place (horrible refund policy even when they haven’t even shipped your order!) These people don’t understand how to run a business or inform their paying customers on delays of orders (2 Months to be exact although They advertise that the product is in stock)Nor will they fix the issue they just keep telling you to wait. After i ordered merchandise that they advertised was in stock I was told that my order was not available and would be restocked and come in early March. Now it has been about 2 months since my order. This is a long time with no one on their end reaching out to a purchasing customers without any form of proper customer service. They keep sending robot messages with no proper information on orders. As a business standpoint this is unacceptable. Send my order or fix your policy since you can’t even provide a service that you claim to provide and give me my money back.

stopped by on 05/24/2020 around 4:16pm and did a phone order for some cbd , whoever was working was super chill, made it easy to choose what i wanted and had very fair prices , definitely would shop here again
