Wonderful experience at the hospital recently following my son's admission with suspected appendicitis. The staff were efficient, helpful and very thorough. I felt my son got great care while he was there.

Terrible! Unfriendly they work like 1000 years ago. Not competent personal!!! Terrible!!! They dont treat the kids nice! Terrible!!

We came in with a child with a suspected broken nose. We however weren't helped for four hours in the ER. Nobody could tell us how long it would last. The toilets were just dirty and a toilet seat was lacking. We pointed this out to the staff but nothing was done. Handicapped people needed this toilet. This finally caused us to decide to leave. We didn't want to be helped here because of the bad service , lack of organisation and horrible hygiene. Oh - and there was a beggar in the waiting room that was bugging people for money, something the staff thought was quite normal...
