Believe all the bad reviews, they've earned them. As we were touring the property, a resident told us to un away as fast as you can\. Sage advice that anyone reading this should follow. They will tell you for months that you are approved and that they have a unit for you. Then you will place a holding deposit and get your stuff ready to move. Once you have a truck full of your household goods ready to go, they will call you on the day of the move in to tell you that you are no longer approved. But, you are approved for an apartment at a \sister complex\ for 1300 a month. This feels like a bait and switch to me, offer you a place for 1000 a month and then once they have you over a barrel they offer you a similar place for 1300. So, now you're left scrambling to find a place to live and fighting them to get your deposit back. Super shady, we are following up with an attorney to see if they can be held liable for not only our deposit but the storage locker fee, truck rental, labor cost for the move and time spent having to stay at a hotel while we look for another place to live. Do not give these criminals your money. Give me back my deposit before we take this further you scumbags!

I love it here. I been here almost 5 years.
Great townhouse that we saw, nice staff as well. We were given some false information which was due to new people not having all the info they needed. Place was clean and I didn’t see anything wrong with the complex. I don’t like that we have been having to hind them on getting out 500.00 deposit back and no one is answering the phones. Still haven’t received it! Fingers crossed they do that’s right. Overall if it’s meant for you it will happen
Affordable. Staff and maintenance will work with you, but sometimes a little patience is necessary.
I don't understand why the office never answers the phone, it's unprofessional and frankly weird. Perhaps, if they actually cared about concerns or questions that a resident has they would empty their voice mail to at least leave a message. I have lived here for almost 5 years and give it every chance to hope they will improve with EVERYTHING! Enough is enough. And I am done with this place once my lease is up.
