Warning! If you are a dual citizen and was born in the US. Have all your paperwork in place. Such as your middle name corrected through your PSA record. All my documents that was presented had my true middle name, but was not accepted due to my mothers maiden name was not in used. I understand they have to follow the law or policy provided by the Philippine government, but my original birth certificate PSA record US passport and other form of ID's all matched, but instead I am forced to make a correction which in my opinion is not needed since all my documents are valid. I would not be so upset if they had mentioned the issue the first time around. But instead they have people running around acquiring documents for nothing. Moral of the story is! If you are born in US soil, but are legitimate dual citizen, is to have their employees go through your application thoroughly and make sure all requirements are written on your application. So that you are not wasting your time and effort.

We pay for a rush passport and for delivery thru lbc express ..hoping we can save time and money.. But it ws so dissppointed for not doing their job... What the use of paying for rush passport when they cant deliver it on time.. What the hell is going on. What a Wasting time and money for this lbc express!
