Finding this practice was one of the happy accidents of my life. I have psoriasis and started coming here in early 2020 for phototherapy treatments, which immediately worked. The practice stayed open through the worst of the COVID-19 shutdown, providing the same high level of care even with reduced hours. Everyone here, from the manager (excellent) to the doctors (terrific) to the medical assistants and front office staff (wonderful), treats patients with the warmth and skill we all deserve.

Ebu at Berman Skin Institute caught stage 0 melanoma on my fair skin on my very first visit. We've done a few biopsies over the years and I'm in the office so regularly for skin checks that the staff feel like dear friends. My scars from the biopsies heal beautifully - I won't let anyone else do them, even when I go to the UCSF Melanoma Clinic. I've also had IPL on my face for sun spots and I've stopped wearing foundation completely. This practice is really the ideal balance of medicine and beauty.
