Jin help me throughout the whole selection of my bathroom remodeling. As I came in the store, it was a little intimidating and I was hoping that I could find someone who can take the time to work with my bathroom remodel. Look around and if you find something that suites your likings don't be afraid to talk to one of the sales agent. Their products are imported and priced reasonably. One of the English speaking sales person should be able to gladly help you.

This is contractor building supply store. Don't expect their sales gonna help, they are only there to take orders. However, the value of their cabinets and tiles are excellent. Great pricing overall.

Great for a wide selection of prefabricated countertop slabs, vanities, hardware, etc. They have lots of things in stock and ready to pick up. The selection is on trend. You can't beat the prices, but if you want high quality items, you'll probably need to search elsewhere.

Remodeled three kitchens and four baths with East Star's help for several investment houses upon the recommendation of my Chinese contractor. Michael Zhang and Ray were so helpful in the design, ordering and installation process. The cabinets are good quality, the countertops are beautiful and the sales staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices can't be beat and the inventory is vast. I had no trouble exchanging or returning items (unused) that I made a mistake in ordering on several occasions. The workers that load up the materials can be a little curt and sometimes you stand around not knowing if and when you will be helped, but the workers open all items so you can inspect them before leaving. A fantastic one-stop shop with excellent selection and prices. The additional items they carry (fixtures, sinks, toilets, shower doors, tile, vanities, etc.) are a cut above standard Home Depot fare, better made than IKEA, and for a very reasonable price, will be installed promptly by East star referred installers. Have recommended this place to many of my friends and have seen several designers come to East Star repeatedly to outfit luxury apartments and SF high rises. Plan on spending an entire morning or afternoon browsing inventory and bring plans with thorough measurements so you can make the best use of your time.
