There was a event, but there were absolutely no signs or directions of where to go or park for the event. Are you supposed to park upstairs or downstairs? Later another customer and I could not leave the store. You can only leave through another entrance.

Maybe Lowe’s should rebrand themselves as, “Lower, ” because all you have to do is compare a few prices on Amazon & Lowe’s wins the big finish! Sure, having the ingredients for your COVID-DIY-I’m-So-Bored projects delivered to your front door is a perk but apparently you're going to pay for it! ️ Exhibit A: Henry's Feed-N-Wax is something I've been searching for and had it on my Amazon cart for a few weeks - PRICE ️: 14.97 At Lowe’s I found it for 8.48 TOTAL SAVINGS: 6️⃣.4️⃣9️⃣ I'm not usually a super shopper (or spreader for that matter) but this was a good example of Amazon price gouging, if you ask me! I picked up a few other items without comparing prices and I'm happy as a clam. Lowe’s makes the not so blue collar individual feel a bit more comfortable browsing the aisles of it's stores compared to those of Home Repo (*spelling error on purpose). Lowe's stores are usually fairly clean, the sounds heard are not deafening and one doesn't have to feel less than for asking silly questions. It's a win-win situation!!

The worst place to shop. No ad merchandise on hand on the first day of sale. No posting on ad stating the Greenworks products can only be ordered on line. Store departments are very clutter and full of outs. Inventory on hand is so accurate. Too much shrink. Tried calling their corporate customer service line. Waited 47 minutes on the phone just to have them play that game hanging up on me.

I love shopping here. They carry all the essentials you need for building etc. I needed to do some hanging & they had every size hooks and screws we needed in stock! Quick service with good customer service.

How can customers use any carts when all of them are being used by customer service?? Had to unload an entire cart full of stuff in order to be able to carry my supplies. They didn't have any fork lift drivers to get the wood I needed and it was only 8:20pm they close at 9pm. Disappointing.

I find the paint section to be disorganized and oddly categorized. Whatever happened to colored paint? A stir stick at the cashier and gloves nearby would be helpful. Really disappointed as this was my first visit to a Lowe's.

No shopping carts... Customer service uses them for returned items. Hardly any cashiers... They are there but just walking around talking with lines of 10 or more people long. Oh and no one ever answers the phone if you call. I had a terrible time I had ordered a refrigerator on line... Lowes notified me it was at the store for pick up. I called 100 times even the corporate offices... No answer. Finally I went in and it took 45 minutes for them to arrange the refrigerator to be delivered. Really bad way to run a business!!!

Good luck getting someone on the phone. You can try every department and extension and no one will pick up. Trash store
