I was referred to PPS after an accident which required surgery on my hand. For the office, I give 4 stars - always efficient and my hand is healing nicely. Good surgeon. If you like to live a low stress life, absent from billing hell, avoid this office. I have been in a absolute nightmare with their billing department for over a year. Their billing agent has not sent over anything correct since day one, her keyboard doesn’t work, the database she uses is clumsy, her voicemail is full, her computer froze - you name it, the excuse has come. Now, as I settle with the insurance it is hours upon hours of phone calls, missing documents, faulty bills, unexplained charges. Oh and they sent my bill into collections before even sending me a first bill. So as a proud 800 credit score holder, there is that total fear.

The entire staff was thorough and caring. Dr. Miranda and his team really took the time to explain the hairline lowering procedure and what I could expect. They kept in constant contact with me before and after the procedure, answered all of my questions and I never once felt like I was bothering them or could not call if I had a question or concern. Great experience!

I'm not your typical Aesthetic patient for Plastic Surgery, although I wish I was! I came to Pacific Plastic Surgery Group from 3 hours away, needing urgent muscle biopsy. They accommodated my neurologist's request, did everything and put me on the schedule right away. Furthermore, they arranged for the biopsy specimen to be picked up and taken to the pathologist, timed just right. A lot goes on behind the scenes that patients have no idea! Everyone was kind from check in to discharge. I was able to get my treatment started two days earlier, thanks to Pacific Plastic Surgery Group and Dr. Miranda. Forever grateful!!

Dr. Edward Miranda was chosen by the surgeon who took a tumor out of my abdominal wall to be the one to reconstruct the abdominal wall. It was a very long and difficult surgery and he did a superb job. I was lucky to be in such capable hands! Brilliant.
