STOP LOOKING FOR LASIK DOCTORS! You just found the right place! Dr. Ella and her staff is amazing. I have no issues after the procedure and have 20/10 vision. I also have spoken to friends who have had lasik from other doctors around the city who have had issues like not getting their vision fixed correctly, as well as heard experiences of them not being prepped well before the procedure. That doesn't happen at PVI! They give you two eye drop types in advance to prep your eyes and recommend them for after care while your eyes are healing. Don't go anywhere else -- this place is truly the best!

I had a great experience with Dr. Faktorovich and Dr. Chen at the Pacific Vision Institute. I am an optometrist myself and very easily selected Dr. Faktorovich to be the one to perform LASIK on my eyes. The overall process and visits for the consult, pre-op, procedure, and post-op were super smooth. I originally had my consult in Jan 2020, but found out that I was pregnant! Dr. Faktorovich suggested to return a month after I delivered my baby to have another consult and have my procedure done. I had my surgery 2 months postpartum and it was great! I was already driving myself to my appt by the next day and was seeing 20/15. I'm so glad that I no longer need to search around for my glasses in the middle of the night as I take care of my newborn baby. I highly recommend PVI for anyone considering refractive surgery.

I had a good feeling about Pacific Vision Institute as soon as I walked in. The staff was welcoming and very transparent about the procedure and any questions I had. I also haven’t had any side effects like dry eyes (which I read can happen if you don’t go to a good surgeon). Everyone at the office is friendly and professional. I visited several surgeons before deciding to do it here, nothing came close.
