I went here to get some glasses and they had my prescription, the staff were very nice! Very polite on the phone and in the store. They handled everything with care, and got me taken care of very quickly. I will be returning because of the awesome customer service and how quickly my glasses were made.
I have a pair of great glasses that I purchased at Site for Sore Eyes about a year ago. One of the lens had popped out and I walked over to Site For Sore Eyes at 176 Sutter Street to see if they could fix it for me. I was greeted at the door by a lovely woman named Becky who was sporting a friendly engaging smile. I told Becky my dilemma and she Welcomed me into the store and proceeded to show me me how to put my lens back into the wire frame. She not only tightened the screws on my glasses but offered to do the same for my extra pair. And then, she went out of her way to balance and clean both pairs of glasses, free of charge I thought I couldn’t be happier with Site For Sore Eyes until I had this wonderful experience with Becky. She certainly is an Asset to site For Sore Eyes and I think I’ll go back Again, thank you Becky for your amazing customer service Craig Ashton
