Most of the staff are rude to the clients who pays 400 a month, yes 400 a month for those who looks down on those people who stays there and in navigations, FYI you can not be accepted if you are not on GA. This place makes two head counts at night and if you're not present at the final head count which is at 9pm you are not allowed to enter not until 6am because they let other people use your bed and by doing so they are making extra money by charging the city per person that spends the night. Then they have nothing to do if things comes out missing or the bed suddenly have bed bugs, dirty not to mention the pillows full of head lies.

Good homeless shelter, staffs friendly and supportive and supervisors are always around to help out and the Manager is the best of them all, he doesn’t go home until everybody’s been taking care of.

I have been to five shelters in SF. The sanctuary has the most professional staff and provides the safest environment of them all. When I did have an issue it was addressed very quickly. Managers are always walking the floor making themselves accessable in case you need them. ,
