The best hospital in the world. The best staff, amazing facilities, and the very best in terms of expertise. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Truly a gift to be in the Bay Area and have it so close. Thank you!

Great service here. Expert phycisians, professional staff. They really ensure that your health comes first and are determined to take the time to look into the causes of your ailments. Plus, they serve great food here for in-patient stay. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Friendly nurses, patient care assistants, and doctors. Do not approve for paid public parking though.

I was in their care for several days due medical care for operation. I have been in several medical facilities, so I know what I am talking about. There Pe-op staff was on point. I did not have to think to myself, I hope the know what they are doing? Operation rooms are top notch, they seem to have all the latest equipment for my procedure. All operation staff also were on point also. Everyone was busy doing their part to make it a successful operation. There nursing care was 5 stars. I only remember I one name Mr. Jeffrey RN. He was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. He was just a representation of their staff. would recommend them to anyone.

Doctors are very competent and skilled, but the rest of your experience will be pure misery. People don't return phone calls, your messages will go ignored, information will be lost. I recommend trying anywhere else but here if you're looking for primary care.

The sad part is my PCP is no longer at this campus. The upside is the parking garage maxes out @ 7 if you show yr disabled placard! No matter how long yr wait at the lab is, though they have stepped up the service there. If you are disabled & need to park at the ED, make sure to park in the ED disabled spaces b/c if you get out after hours or on a weekend/holiday,you get to pay The normie rate.
