My consultant Ivy is excellent ! Her customer service and her caring is beyond excellent. The staffs is very professional. They take your time understand your needs and they give you 100% attention.

Dr. Shum does a poor job at tattoo removal, subjecting his patients to unnecessary pain with little results, and overall runs his business quite dishonestly. I signed up to laser off the eyeliner tattooed on my eyelids. The doctor was able to laser away 75% of the lines, but strangely enough entirely missed 25% of the lines. (I suspect, so I would have to sign up for a second session). After a subsequent complaint, I was promised a *complimentary* second visit. However, days before the second visit, Mimi, the consultant, calls and courteously notifies me that they will be charging for a portion of this second visit. (I love when businesses go back on their word). During the second visit, Dr. Shum subjected me to many, many shots from the laser gun, but I clenched my teeth throughout the session thinking it'd be worth it since I'd be tattoo-free by the end of this painful ordeal. But at the end, lo and behold - all of the remaining tattoo lines from before were still there! The only difference was that now, I had a ton of bruise marks around my eyes, on all the areas where my tattoo lines did not exist. Spectacular aiming with the laser gun by Dr. Shum. My overall impression of this business is that Dr. Shum cares more about maximizing profits than the wellbeing of his patients. A concrete example of this dishonesty is the discrepancy in how Dr. Shum and his wife convinced me to sign up for their services during the consultation sessions - at separate times, his wife let me know their laser tech was state-of-the-art, costing a whopping 18k while Dr. Shum let me know it cost a whopping 30k! Who to believe? I don't know...

DrShum and his team are such professionals. Chinese and English speaking facility, you will be in good hands. I’ve done various treatments already as they walk you through all steps. All technicians are professionals at only a few machines and do a very good job. Each hair removal treatment is carefully executed. The injections are also well laid out.

Very good experience at DSC. Dr. Shum is sophisticated in clinic practice, very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Dr. Shum for giving me an even more beautiful skin and obviously I become more confident. Btw their staffs are sweet and enthusiastic as well. My girlfriend had freckles on her cheeks. Being fairly light skinned, her freckles are not very pleasing to the eye so I did some research for a reputable local establishment to get them removed. I finally decided on DSC laser & skin care center. The place looks very up-scaled for medical aesthetics. She was recommended IPL laser treatment to remove the freckles and it took a total 4 trips to get satisfactory results. Man, she's looking prettier now than ever with her face so fresh and spot-free (pun intended). She's coming back for facial because she overheard a customer there talking about it during her last trip. Since she didn't try anything else but IPL yet, I can't vouch for anything else. But for what she had and how she was treated, I have to say I highly recommended DSC for IPL laser treatment.
