Overall, my office visit experience with Dr Tim Chen was very satisfying. Dr. Chen laid out a 3 step plan to target my diagnosis. Hopefully, this will create a solid plan to manage it.

Dr. Tim Chen is an amazing physician! He is compassionate, knowledgeable and very personable. All the qualities you want in a doctor that takes care of you. He will take the time to listen to you and is very thorough with his examination. The office staff is just as wonderful as Dr. Chen is! I would recommend him to anyone needing a Gastroenterologist!

His office is really nice and clean. He has great bedside manners and really address your concerns. He will give you multiple solutions to your problems. He’s a great doctor.
Back in April 2019, I was referred to Dr. Tim Chen by my PCP after I was diagnosed with jaundice. He had me admitted to the hospital for gallbladder surgery and was very informative and attentive. He followed up after I was released to return home. My husband and I chose to have him perform our colonoscopies after I had healed. Both of us highly recommend him.
