This is not only one of the oldest hospitals in Lima but it's also a bit expensive. They have their own health care insurance which is not bad at all. I have had a good experience over all here, everyone is very helpful. It's a big hospital so expect to walk or go up and down the elevator. I'm sure they will improve in organization but for now it's a bit chaotic. They have recently gone through a huge renovation and the place looks great.

I went to Resoclinic for a wrist MRI. The experience was awful for the following: 1. The receptionist did not explain properly the entire process. Because the referral for the MRI required a contrast dye, I was surprised I had to buy materials (i.e. syringe, contrast media, etc) at the Clinic's Pharmacy. Here I wasted 15 mins due to issues with their systems. My card went through without a glitch. However because they could not print out my receipt, the lady at the Pharmacy wanted me to use my card again. I declined since the issue was with their system. 2. When I was called up to go to the MRI room, there was a nurse who asked me the part of my body that was going to be scanned. I replied that it was going to be my right hand wrist. She pinched my vein on the right arm to apply later the contrast dye. 3. Then the MRI operator came to the room and asked me to raise my right arm. I replied that the needle hurt when I did so. Then they removed the needle and placed a new one on the left arm. However when the nurse tested my vein with simple serum which could not go through. 4. After this, they removed again the needle from the left arm and placed a third needle on the back of my left hand. This time things went fine. By the time they used the third needle, 25 mins were gone. 5. Then I laid down with my right arm forward. I remained in that position for 20 mins. Then I asked to stop the entire process since the position was very uncomfortable due to the hard headphones they placed on my head. My chin was hurting too. 6. At the end of the terrible experience, I hope to never go back again to that place. I would not recommend it since there are MRI devices for the hand and wrist in the market since 2010.
An explosive event occurred within or around the infrastructure, harming economic activities throughout Lima, confronting numerous issues of corruption throughout the state, estimated of more than 10,000,000 in solid case of assets burning the health/financial systems tearing not only families living in impoverished conditions but increasing expensive businesses.

Marzo 2021.
