Every time I walked in I was greeted. They went above and beyond to find me something I needed. Oh, and the room service was great. Great stay for first time in Peru!

If your not afraid of heights take level 24, also it view was to pardo what was funny to see for a night, the bar serving down could be bit better. Comment cheese ham tequeños are not nice in my opinion, just do cheese and little less filling. and room service great. Bed great.

Beautiful, elegant and modern hotel located in the business district of Lima. You have access to a great views, delicious restaurants, lovely swimming pool, great spa gym and members club if you have the right status. Very close to several stores and super markets like Tottus and Ripley. Beware of chaotic traffic in the city for your departure and appointments.
Amazing hotel! Beautiful, clean, and the stay is amazing. They really go out of their way to make you feel like you are a VIP. One of my favorite hotels. - Check in - I arrived and was in a rush to check in as I had dinner plans. The lady checking me in noticed that I was in a rush by my demeanor and started typing faster than I thought was possible. Was very pleasant to get checked in so quickly. - Hotel - Its a gorgeous property and contains bars, restaurants, shops, and a very gym. I didn't check out the spa area. - Location - I didn't get much of a chance to explore the area. - Service - I think this is really where they shine. From helping with restaurant reservations, car service, or just basic interactions, they are super friendly and really try to make you feel special. - Check out - Super smooth - There was a charge for 3 drinks on my bill that weren't mine, and they removed it without a big discussion. Love it. - Complaints - I really don't have any.
