Very poor customer service and no guarantee on products. Go elsewhere where service and products are better You say the warranty is determined by the brand yet it took Pisciblue over 12 months to tell us that the company that supplied the pool light had gone bust!!! What were you doing during that time period. It was your duty as a supplier and installer to keep us up to date but instead we were told this person, that person or someone will sort it out. Over 12 months later the company has gone bust and we are left with a 180 euros light which does not work!!! Absolutely pathetic
